Fred and I went strawberry picking last weekend at the Belvedere Plantation down by Fredricksburg, VA. With the 10 lbs of strawberries made jam, strawberry shortcake sauce & chocolate covered strawberries. Making jam was not as hard as I thought it would be. I found a really easy recipe for freezer jam. I’m a huge fan of finding recipe’s online! That same weekend we also had the opportunity to spend some time with Terra at Burke Lake
